BILL WILSON - AKRON, OH FOUNDER'S DAY JUNE 1956 This recording was made at Founder's Day in Akron, Ohio on June 24th, 1956. Bill Wilson attended Founder's Day most years when he was alive and usually spoke a couple of times. This is a recording of the main meeting. Reverend Walter Tunks delivers the invocation at the beginning of the meeting. Bill introduces both Wally Gilliam and Ethel Macy. Each of them speaks briefly giving a little of their story and a little about AA. After Wally and Ethel are done Bill gives a very good talk. He tells his story and the story of Alcoholics Anonymous.
