OUR CDs ARE USER FRIENDLY

Many recovery CDs on the market today consist of one or two long tracks. This presents a problem for the listener when you don’t have the time to listen to the entire CD at one time. On many CD players if the recording is stopped before you are through, you have no choice but to find your place again by speed searching to the point where you last left off. This is frustrating for the listener and causes unnecessary wear on the CD player.

Our recordings are what we like to call USER FRIENDLY. By "User Friendly" we mean that we have taken the time to divide our recordings into smaller tracks, usually about five minutes long each. The tracks are blended together, so that when you're listening, you won’t even notice the tracks changing. However, because each track is individually accessible, you can always pick up near where you last left off by choosing the track number as opposed to speed searching through one long track to find your place again.

DETAILED DESCRIPTIONS

As far as we know, we are the only Internet supplier of Recovery CDs & DVDs that include a detailed description of the disc contents. We are able to do this because we take the time to personally listen to the entire recording. Other suppliers give you no more than a speaker name, date, event and price. We feel that by giving you a brief synopsis of the contents, you can make a more informed purchase.

*Our newest recordings that we have NOT listened to yet are clearly marked in the description area. If you purchase one of these CDs and discover a problem, please let us know. We will do our best to correct the problem and send you a replacement. We believe that for the most part, these recordings will not be any problem for you.

CATEGORIES

Our recordings are divided into several categories for easy browsing. None of our titles appear in any more than one category, so you can be sure you're never viewing a duplicate of the same recording.

PRICE

All CDs are $5.00 - $7.00 per disc

All DVDs are $10.00 - $12.00 per disc

SHIPPING

Shipping is always $6.00 per shipment regardless of the number of CDs or DVDs you select.

(Shipping to other countries occasionally runs a little higher and/or it may take longer to receive your order, but usually it will still be the flat $6.00 shipping charge)

REFUNDS & RETURNS

If you receive a defective CD or DVD from us, we will replace it at no charge. If you feel you've received a disc with a problem, please email us and let us know. Sometimes the issue can be rectified with a suggestion from us.

We cannot replace or issue a refund for a non-defective disc.

OUR DISCS ARE PACKAGED LIKE THIS:
A single, double or triple CD set will be shipped to you in a white envelope. A label will be attached to the disc explaining its contents.
If you purchase a multiple CD set, anywhere from 4 to 10 discs, it will be shipped in a case with the description of the contents on the case. The discs will be consecutively numbered.
DVDs are shipped in a BLACK envelope. A label will be attached to the disc explaining its contents. The DVD logo is printed on the label distinguishing it from a CD.
